Shares are interpreted against the OICA global passenger-car total of 67,674,745 units. The table ranks absolute production, not production per capita, brand ownership, exports, domestic sales, market size, vehicle registrations, EV share, profitability or employment. Region tags are analytical grouping labels used for table navigation; they are not OICA classifications.
