Notes
- The Top 10 values are taken from GAHP / Pollution and Health Metrics (published Dec 2019).
  GAHP's list is "deaths attributed to pollution per 100,000" and is used as a PM2.5-heavy proxy snapshot.
- The under-5 index uses the State of Global Air 2024 headline signal (~35% decline since 2010).
